An assistant, not an app
Everything below works by texting me like a person. The website is there when you want it, never required.
Follow-ups until it's booked
When a plan goes quiet I give it a few gentle bumps at the right moments, and stop the second it's booked. You pick how persistent I am, from gentle to persistent, or turn bumps off entirely.
Text me a screenshot
Class schedules, flyers, invitations, a screenshot of someone's availability. Send the photo and I'll pull out the dates and times and schedule around them.
Change any setting by saying it
Never book me before 10. Make my default 45 minutes. Leave room between calls. Say it once in chat and it sticks. Every setting also lives on the website if you'd rather click.
Preferences for your account, or for one guest
Each person you schedule with gets their own defaults: which days work, their usual plan length, their time zone, daytime or evenings. A person's saved preference always wins over your account default.
Your people, remembered
Names, emails, time zones, preferences, and your notes, all visible on your dashboard. Edit anything there or just tell me, and both stay in sync.
Weekly dinners, monthly check-ins
I book repeating plans right on your calendar, and I can skip or move a single week without touching the rest of the series.
You choose which calendars count
By default I count the calendars you keep visible in Google and skip the ones you've hidden. Want a different set? Tell me, or use the checkboxes in settings.
Discreet in every group chat
I only ever share when you're free, never what you're doing. What I learn in one chat never surfaces in another, and your private notes stay in our private chat.
Google Meet or your Zoom room
Meet links are automatic. For Zoom, tell me your personal room link once and I'll attach it to every Zoom plan.
A free month for spreading the word
When someone you introduced becomes a paying user, your next month is free. I mention it to guests at most once, ever, and only after a plan lands.
